Trump’s “big bill” eliminates vast nationwide services and protections by cutting $4.5 trillion in taxes for the wealthy while adding $3 trillion in spending to be paid by future Americans. This includes $170 billion earmarked for deporting 1 million people per year and establishing widespread surveillance. The bill also eliminates tax credits for electric vehicles, EV chargers, solar panels, battery backups, and the bike commuting benefit—all incentives previously available to Boulder residents.
